All 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions must be paid in full at least 24hrs prior to the appointment date and time. All payments collected are final if you need to cancel an appointment your deposit will be retained and applied to a future appointment. Any such changes must be made via email to eddie@martinilegacy.com and you must received a confirmation email back showing the acknowledgement of the cancellation request and what your next step options are. All cancellations must be made via email to eddie@martinilegacy.com and will only be valid if you have received a confirmation reply via email that your appointment has been cancelled. If you miss your scheduled 1-on-1 Coaching Session and have not followed the above instructions for cancelling/rescheduling via email in writing MartiniLegacy and 'Coach Eddie Martini' reserve the write to retain a $50 cancellation fee which would be deducted from any balance transfer of funds paid and applied to any future 1-on-1 Coaching Session(s).
